How we work

Our design process

Four clear phases, defined deliverables, no ambiguity.

01

Frame

We start by building a shared understanding of what the project needs to do. Not what it should look like but what problem it solves, for whom, and how we will know it worked. This involves a structured brief questionnaire, a competitor audit, and for larger projects a discovery call. The output is a signed brief document. If we cannot agree on the brief, we do not start.

  • Brief questionnaire
  • Competitor visual audit
  • Goals and conversion targets
  • Audience definition
  • Signed brief document

Sketch

Before any visual design starts, we wireframe. Every project gets at least one wireframe pass, which we share with you before adding colour, type, or imagery. This prevents the common problem where feedback gets stuck on visual preferences while the structure itself is still wrong. Wireframes are reviewed and approved before we move to high-fidelity design.

  • Desktop wireframes
  • Mobile wireframe variants
  • Information architecture
  • Wireframe review call
  • Approved wireframe document

Build

High-fidelity design in Figma. The approved wireframe structure gets the full visual treatment: typography, colour system, imagery, spacing, and interaction details. We design the desktop version first, then adapt for mobile. You review via an interactive prototype link and request changes through the agreed revision rounds. Each revision request is responded to within three business days.

  • Desktop + mobile design
  • Interactive Figma prototype
  • Revision rounds per package
  • Final design sign-off

Ship

When the design is signed off, we package everything for delivery. The full Figma source file, all exported assets in multiple formats, and a developer specification document covering spacing values, colour tokens, font weights, and component behaviour. For Studio Pro and Complete packages, this includes a walkthrough video. After delivery, the support window begins.

  • Figma source file export
  • Asset export (SVG, PNG, WebP)
  • Developer spec document
  • Video walkthrough (Complete+)
  • Support window begins
